Men's Ministry

The Harbor Oaks Men’s Ministry seeks to bring men and boys together for the purpose of fellowship, encouragement, spiritual growth and bonding together in the body of Christ. We accomplish this primarily through monthly gatherings, which include breakfast, Bible study, community mission update and prayer time. Our men’s ministry also strives to be on mission in our community, adopting a local demographic group (such as a school or nursing home) every year to provide support and encouragement to them.

Ministry Bible verse: Proverbs 27:17: “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.”

Women's Ministries

R.E.A.L. Women's Ministry. Stands for: reaching out, encouraging each other, adoring God and learning together. We meet every 2nd Saturday of the month. See the church calendar for details. All ladies and girls are welcome. We enjoy food, fellowship and discuss how we can impact the Kingdom of God through different avenues of ministry.

Food Pantry

"First Baptist church of harbor oaks food pantry ministry is an active, self- supported ministry that sees it's mission as two fold:

  • To assist with the physical needs of our community by providing non-perishable groceries and toiletries. This is supplemented by our community ministry partners, Wawa convenience stores, Pizza hut, KFC and Second Harvest Food Bank.
  • To assist with the spiritual needs of our community by providing spiritual guidance, prayer, and support through ongoing relationships with every client we encounter.

Food Pantry mission statement: to meet the physical and spiritual needs of our local community through ongoing client pantry support and personal connections. We see each client as a person Jesus loves, and we seek to show His love in tangible ways."

"Our food pantry is open every Wednesday from 10 AM to 12 noon. All are welcome. We provide non-perishable grocery items, toiletries (as they are available) and perishable food items from community partners (limited availability). Donations are always accepted. For more information, contact the church via phone at 386-767-6062 or message us through our website contact page".
